A goodness of fit test for correlated binary data in contingency tables. The program is written in SAS v. 8.1.

This program is used for the paper: Lee, J. and Qaqish, B. (2005), Modified GEE and Goodness-of-Marginal-Fit (GOMF) Tests with Correlated Binary Responses for Contingency Tables. Biometrical Journal.

Simulation for a change-point model with a latent random change point that is assumed to follow Weibull distribution. The changepoint.SAS will be conducted as a subroutine program in the Wei.SAS.

This program is used for the paper: Lee, J and Qaqish, B. F (2005). A Latent Change Point Model Using a Generalized Estimating Equations Approach. Communication in Statistics—Theory and Methods 34 (5).

Exact test for extra variation or over dispersion for binary data. This program is written in C language (Bahjat Qaqish (UNC-CH, qaqish@bios.unc.edu) is the primary programmer and Steven Eschrich (H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, steven.eschrichs@moffitt.org) modified the program to be user friendly. (see readme.txt)
This program is used for the paper: Lee, J.-H., Schell, M. J., and Roetzheim, R. (2009). Group Randomized Trial with Multiple Binary Endpoints and Small Number of Groups. PLoS One 4(10).
